Swan’s main strength is it’s service department (Customer Support Division) which forms 50% of the strength of the Swan. Majority of service personnel are trained in India and abroad by principles and experts on the complete product range of Swan.


Service department involves in all post order activities that include  

  • Site survey (after receipt of order in cases required)
  • Site jobs including civil, fabrication, installation & commissioning etc., as required
  • Remote support to customers where possible
  • Warranty services at site
  • Post warranty services at site

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts
