BOD system
Sensor:
Intelligent BOD meter is based on 5-day biochemical culture method. In the sealed culture bottle, the oxygen in the air above the culture continuously replenishes the dissolved oxygen consumed by the decomposition of organic matter in the sample, removes the carbon dioxide produced during the degradation of organic matter, and changes the air pressure in the culture bottle. By monitoring the change of air pressure in the culture bottle, the biochemical sample BOD value of the sample is calculated.
Incubator:
Provide the right temperature. The necessary temperature constancy will only achieved in combination with the samples! Thermostatic cabinets are available in three sizes and different variants.
- Adopts mercury-free differential pressure method: no mercury pollution, accurate & reliable data.
- Test six water samples at the same time. During the test, the current value is directly displayed on the screen.
- The instrument has an automatic storage function, and the test result data can be viewed at any time.
- Using a microprocessor control system, the measurement process is automatically completed without the need for special personnel to watch.
- Each measuring bottle has an independent control system, which independently displays the test time and measurement results, sampling volume, etc.
